Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Order Tracking

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently do offer international shipping.

Lost / Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
